Hello Lacy Family!
The Officers and Board of Directors of the Texas Lacy Game Dog Association recently met and are pleased to announce that nominations are are filled for the officer positions for the 2026–2028 term.
The positions open for nomination are:
Vice President – Courtney Mitchell
- Presides over meetings in the president’s absence.
- Coordinates programs with the president and executive committee.
- Provides or coordinates event information for distribution through meeting notices, newsletters, or digital channels.
Vice President of Membership – Anedrea Hodges
- Oversees member recruitment and communication.
- Manages membership records, including active and expired terms.
- Maintains accurate data on membership levels and status.
Sergeant at Arms – Greg Beltcher
- Maintains order during meetings and ensures proper procedure.
- Addresses disruptions in accordance with Association policy.
- May assist with administrative duties such as collecting and tallying ballots and recording attendance.
📝 Nomination Guidelines
- Both the nominator and the nominee must be current members in good standing.
- Please confirm that the person you are nominating is willing to serve.
- All officer positions are two-year terms.
